Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion,
you must set yourself on fire first.
Reggie Leach

Are you fired up?  January 1st is not the be all, end all in starting new things or getting to work on your goals.  It can be the first day of any month, the first day of any week or the first moment you wake up, even the next time you get up from your chair!

Get it?  The moment you resolve to do something and then do it—-that is your starting point.  It doesn’t matter the day or the time.  There is no magical starting date, no moment when all the signs align.  But what you can do is take a step in the right direction.  Do one thing that moves a project along and then when you’re done with that, you move on to the next step.  Kind of the same way that you try something new.  You take the first step and then the next and then you keep going.

If you’re trying to find ways to stay motivated and on-track with your plans and goals, especially if you run a business from home, then check this out.  Racheal Cook of The Yogipreneur has an awesome (and totally FREE!) 10-day program to jump start your business engine, help you set goals and then follow through on those goals.  The Fired Up  & Focused Challenge starts when you need it, so no waiting for a new date to roll around, just sign up.

I challenge all of you to try it.  You’ll be amazed at what you learn.  Racheal very generously provides, for free, some of the very lessons you might pay a business coach to provide.  You will be sent daily, actionable items that only take 30 minutes or less to complete.  A very do-able time-frame for anyone.

I’m signed up and ready to take this challenge.  How about you?

Are you fired up? To start any project off the right way you have to fire yourself up first on
