You don’t have to be old as you age.  I truly believe that your outlook on life determines your age.  My Mother, at 98, has spent a lifetime laughing with her friends, playing cards and enjoying her family.  Up until last year, she and her friends regularly got together to play cards and to laugh….mainly to laugh.  All women in their 90’s.  All old high school chums.  Getting together every week to enjoy each other’s company.
